Over the next 20 years or so, Kim built a multi-million dollar book of business from the ground up for the agency. Being used to hard work—and soft markets—it’s no surprise that she hit the ground running when she began her real estate career in 2006. In 2008, the year the housing bubble burst, Kim was RE/MAX Unlimited’s top producer.
In the meantime, Scott continued his career in advertising, working as a copywriter, associate creative director, content marketer and information architect/UX professional for the web. He’s helped companies large and small market everything from health insurance plans and credit cards to multi-million dollar private aircraft.
In 2012, Scott joined Kim in the real estate business. Scott works primarily behind the scenes, handling marketing and administrative tasks, while Kim works directly with customers. Kim and Scott help customers buy and sell property throughout northeast Florida, from Jacksonville’s beaches, to Nocatee, St. Augustine and St. Johns.

Susan comes to the Sandberg Team with more than 25 years of experience working in and around the real estate industry. She began her career with a home builder in her native southern California, and relocated to Jacksonville in 1998. In 2001, she earned her Florida real estate license and joined Prudential Network Realty, where for nearly 5 years, she assisted both buyers and sellers, and was selected to be part of a small group of realtors chosen to work exclusively with relocation buyers. Because of her experience working with a large home builder in California, she was soon recruited to join the on-site sales team of another respected builder. She spent more than 10 years helping buyers navigate the process of building a home with such respected companies as Mattamy Homes, Pulte, Lennar, Landon Homes and custom builder Cottage Homes.
Susan’s extensive knowledge and expertise is invaluable to home buyers, whether building a brand new home, or purchasing an existing home. She strives to provide all of her customers with exceptional care, and counsel, while making the process fun and worry-free at the same time. She is a recipient of the AVID Award for Customer Service, given to home builder sales associates who rank among the top 5% nationally for customer satisfaction in sales.
