Greenleaf Village at NocateeGreenleaf Village at Nocatee is a small community tucked away on the north side of Coastal Ridge Boulevard. A 10-acre green space at the entrance to the community  includes ball fields, a picnic area and a dog park. The community has plenty of room for expansion, and may one day include a new St. Johns County school. Builders include David Weekley, Mattamy, Providence and Ryland.
