Richmond American’s Sanctuary Estates is comprised of just 11 lots off Roscoe Blvd., across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway. These estate homes are close to schools, shopping, TPC Sawgrass, the beach and more. Prices start in the high-$500s.
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach
The Plantation is one of Ponte Vedra Beach’s most exclusive communities, offering a private beach club, golf course, tennis courts, a new amenities park and gated access. Resales are certainly available, but Elacora is building new homes in The Plantation from the high-$500s, and there are also a couple of vacant lots available on which to build.
The Preserve at Palm Valley
Coming soon from Pulte, The Preserve at Palm Valley will consist of 24 lots, with a choice of 3 home plans from ~2,500 – 4200+ s.f. Pricing is TBD.
Other new construction communities currently in planning/development stages include The Preserve at Ponte Vedra Lakes (68 lots behind Dolphin Cove) and Palms at Old Ponte Vedra (21 lots off Corona Rd.), both from Dream Finders Homes.
