Let’s take a quick look at pricing and inventory for new homes as we head into Spring 2019.
Price adjustments in new home construction happen all the time. The market shifts–demand increases/decreases, or labor/material costs rise–and prices need to rise or fall accordingly.
So, now that some of the newer communities along CR-210 have been actively selling for a while, let’s take a look at what prices and inventory are doing.
Shearwater has been selling homes since mid-2016, so it’s got a little bit of a leg up on the two other communities we’re reviewing.
